This song is sung by myself and the Stone Harbor kindergarteners. I was commissioned to write a song for them for Arbor Day: so of course I had to include turtles! The class and teacher even made up motions to go along with the song and did them while they sang it. You’ll see many slides of different kinds of turtles (including The Turtlesinger Turtles) utilizing trees in all sorts of ways. We’ve enjoyed performing this song with the slides and motions for many celebrations of Arbor Days over the years.
